The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay feel a bit warmer despite some drawbacks. However, the room had several issues that dampened our experience. The carpet was extremely dirty, which was off-putting. One of the beds had clearly used linens, which made me uneasy about cleanliness. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The property needs renovation. it felt dated and somewhat neglected. Overall, I had a decent time, but the issues made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. Maybe I’d consider coming back if improvements are made.
